Services Provided:  Apple Valley Massage is a full-service therapeutic massage practice, blending massage techniques with stretching and behavioral modification to ensure the benefits of your massage last as long as possible.   I am trained in a wide variety of techniques and customize each session to meet the individual needs of the client.

Almost every day I am asked, “What kind of massage do you do?”.

My clients are athletes, moms, dads, military men and women, lawyers, artists, students, regular people who get a massage because they know it is a great way to optimize their health.

I believe in using as much pressure as you need to experience relief, but with few exceptions, I DON’T believe that massage should hurt.

In a world where there is a pill for most every ailment, one can be assured that there is a time-tested, all natural, drug-free alternative that can help you to feel better, relieve stress, ease sore muscles and recharge. As most therapies, massage on a regular basis yields the best results and Apple Valley Massage offers a reasonably priced monthly wellness membership to help you maintain your health and achieve your wellness goals. 

Modalities Practiced:  Including but not limited to Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release Technique, Craniosacral Massage, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage and Neuromuscular Energy Technique.

Insurance Accepted:  Though we do not accept healthcare insurance, our services are eligible for Flex Benefit and HSA plans.  We also accept auto insurance and Workman's Compensation claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I certainly understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the regular price of your scheduled appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

NO-SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  They will be charged 100% of the regular price of their “missed” appointment upon rescheduling.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
The promotional value of a gift certificate may expire but your gift certificate will always be worth the purchase price. Gift certificates in Minnesota don't expire!
